Titan Talent Development, LLC. (TTD) is not just another staffing agency. We seek to break the mold from traditional recruitment agencies. We strive to not only continue the development and education of the current industrial and ship repair worker but to educate and prepare the next generation on the many career opportunities.

We call these individuals our TITANS.

At TTD, we provide our employees with opportunities for advancement.

We work directly with the Shipyard Industry, the Industrial Industry and Trade Schools, both local and nonlocal, to provide personnel with on-the-job training incorporated with the classroom curriculum to ensure self-driven workforce development. TTD provides employees from helpers to skilled/certified trades employees, as well as team leads, upper management and administrative positions.
